Spray Lining Warranty — 4 Comments

  1. I rent Jon boats and small Boston Whalers in Bar Harbor, Maine. They hit docks, pier pilings; run-aground on beaches which are rocky. Wavy conditions crack the fiberglass over time.
Both Friendship V captain and the Bar Harbor Whale Watch Co captain recommended use of Z Lining & Coating Svc. Their guy Chad sprays Flexible Lining Systems polyurea applied to inner hull for crack prevention.
It’s also slip-proof with anti-stick character, so cleaning sticky garbage from boats rinses fast now.
He’s a Flexible Lining Systems, SLC certified dealer. Warrantee is lifetime without conditions except acts of nature like a full crash. The SLC works on smaller craft like mine too. He also applied less flexible SLC to my outer hulls.
So far Chad’s jobs are flawless. No more cracks. Warrantee is nice but doesn’t look like I’ll need it.

  2. Dave Syverson Truck Centers sells Freightliner, Volvo and Ottawa brands. Our clientele includes farmers mostly with foods to market transportation companies. Smaller clients are owner operators running up to 52 foot trailers nationwide. Truck frame parts, suspension coated with polyurea sprayed-on lining last 3 to 4 times loner than just undercoating does. We’ve known Paul Gillis who owns North Minnesota Spray-Lining for 18 years. Paul’s crew handled spray-on lining coatings on trailers over 30 feet. Will Hancock of Armor-Flex in La Cross, Wi. http://www.armor-flex.com coats the tractor frames with 30 foot and less. Both are excellent Spray-Lining and Coatings Dealerships.
By Bob Syverson and Aaron Smith, General Manager’s instruction, Dave Rayman Service Manager in Rochester along with Ryan O’Leary compared available bedliner brands. This referral is message to truck owners or farmers. We compared tensile strength in psi and other specs of SLC polyurea verses most brands of sprayed bedliner. Spray-Lining & Coatings was strongest, (ties with SPI Full Metal Jacket), was more elastic at same height (125 mil).

  3. I have a 4 normal pickups and an 18 foot dump. Kens Flexible Armor coated my 2015 F-250 long bed quad. Line-X wasn’t too bed but sucked compared to this. Kens Flex stuff is called Spray-Lining & Coatings SLP 100. Definitely twice as thick. Definitely better color much better job. Got another pickup don same way but in white. He got me to get the dump bed done with “Anti-Stick” which is SLC114AS like a slippery coating. Whats bad about Kens is their high prices. Not sure if other SLC dealers charge $625 but can’t complain otherwise.

  4. I compared Line-X to Spray-Lining & Coatings. Line-X was over $300,000 for its franchise. You are under $20K for the same spec material. As the SLC dealer I’m about to become I’m just appreciative.
